Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Solid experience developing full stack applications with modern frontend and backend frameworks.
Proficiency in C#/.NET and additional languages such as Node.js, Java, or Python.
Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend development.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud native architectures.
Experience designing and supporting API-based integrations and distributed systems.
Working knowledge of relational databases, SQL, data modeling, and performance optimization.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and Infrastructure as Code.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a 24x7 production support environment.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications, including modern web user interfaces, backend services, and API based integrations.
Build and support cloud native services hosted on Microsoft Azure, ensuring high availability, resiliency, and performance.
Develop and maintain REST-based APIs and integration services.
Collaborate with software engineering, data engineering, architecture, and security teams.
Participate in CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation using Infrastructure as Code.
Monitor application health, troubleshoot complex issues, and perform root cause analysis.
Participate in a 24x7 rotational on-call support team for business critical applications.
