- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems and standard office applications.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows preferred.
- Typing speed of approximately 25 words per minute preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work varying schedules including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable broadband internet connection with Ethernet capability.
- Ability to work independently from a private home office.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding service requests, scheduling, pricing, and billing.
- Use internal systems to document interactions, track information, and troubleshoot issues.
- Process customer orders and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Act as a liaison for scheduling changes and service concerns.
- Collaborate with branch and operational teams for efficient problem resolution.
- Support outreach campaigns and provide technical assistance as needed.
