  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows preferred.
  • Typing speed of approximately 25 words per minute preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules including weekends and holidays.
  • Reliable broadband internet connection with Ethernet capability.
  • Ability to work independently from a private home office.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication.
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding service requests, scheduling, pricing, and billing.
  • Use internal systems to document interactions, track information, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Process customer orders and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
  • Act as a liaison for scheduling changes and service concerns.
  • Collaborate with branch and operational teams for efficient problem resolution.
  • Support outreach campaigns and provide technical assistance as needed.
