- Design evergreen and automated/flow/triggered lifecycle email campaigns including promotional, seasonal, welcome, abandonment, post-purchase, winback, and VIP journeys.
- Create supporting SMS visual assets including MMS, RCS, and lightweight motion/GIF/video treatments.
- Translate brand direction into retention-focused creative systems that drive performance.
- Iterate quickly based on stakeholder feedback, A/B testing learnings, and lifecycle team needs.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, lifecycle marketers, creative leads, and project managers.
- Maintain strong attention to detail across typography, hierarchy, layout, and responsive mobile-first design.
- Organize files and maintain clean handoff practices for developers and production partners.
