- Associate degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (Bachelor's preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in provider operations, credentialing, licensing, and payor enrollment.
- Strong working knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory standards (e.g., NCQA, CMS).
- Proven ability to manage complex workflows and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
- Experience with Symplr credentialing databases.
- Experience with data management and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of the provider lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding.
- Oversee credentialing, licensing, and enrollment activities in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor expirables and drive timely renewals to maintain provider readiness.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and audit-ready at all times.
- Monitor adherence to regulatory requirements such as NCQA, CMS, and state licensing boards.
- Develop and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and provider productivity metrics.
- Partner with Clinical, People, and Business Operations teams to align on operational goals.
