Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of Product, Sales, and/or Marketing experience within the Retail space.
- Demonstrated achievement in sales growth and margin accretion.
- Solid analytical skills with understanding of financial metrics like Sales, Gross Margins, Operating Margins, and Inventory Turns.
- Experience managing complex organizations and changing priorities.
- Strong project management, collaboration, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and focus on high-impact work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, BW, Salesforce).
Responsibilities
- Coordinate strategic marketing activities to achieve business operating plans.
- Manage profitability, promotion, pricing, merchandising, and new product plans for HTAS across customer channels.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Product, Brand, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to develop growth initiatives.
- Execute marketing communication plans and new product launches.
- Analyze and track POS, inventory, market share, and competitive landscapes.
- Track program and promotional effectiveness to identify and execute improvements.
- Manage listings and maximize profitability through pricing and promotional opportunities.
