Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in product management, sales, marketing, channel management, or related roles within a retail environment.
  • Demonstrated success driving sales growth, improving margins, and managing business performance.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting key business metrics (sales performance, gross margin, operating margin, inventory turns).
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience managing projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering initiatives from concept through execution.
  • Strong negotiation, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations, manage changing priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present strategies and recommendations clearly.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business systems such as ERP, SAP, BW, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize high-impact activities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans including product strategies, promotional programs, pricing, and merchandising.
  • Own channel-level planning activities with a focus on profitability, revenue growth, and market expansion.
  • Partner with commercial, product, brand, supply chain, and finance teams to execute growth initiatives.
  • Lead planning and execution of new product launches, including marketing communication strategies.
  • Analyze point-of-sale performance, inventory levels, market share, and competitive trends to identify opportunities.
  • Evaluate promotional effectiveness and adjust strategies to improve business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with sales and finance teams to optimize product listings, pricing, and revenue performance.
