Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product management, sales, marketing, channel management, or related roles within a retail environment.
- Demonstrated success driving sales growth, improving margins, and managing business performance.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting key business metrics (sales performance, gross margin, operating margin, inventory turns).
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering initiatives from concept through execution.
- Strong negotiation, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Ability to navigate complex organizations, manage changing priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present strategies and recommendations clearly.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business systems such as ERP, SAP, BW, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize high-impact activities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans including product strategies, promotional programs, pricing, and merchandising.
- Own channel-level planning activities with a focus on profitability, revenue growth, and market expansion.
- Partner with commercial, product, brand, supply chain, and finance teams to execute growth initiatives.
- Lead planning and execution of new product launches, including marketing communication strategies.
- Analyze point-of-sale performance, inventory levels, market share, and competitive trends to identify opportunities.
- Evaluate promotional effectiveness and adjust strategies to improve business outcomes.
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to optimize product listings, pricing, and revenue performance.
