Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in HR operations, service management, vendor management, or related business operations roles preferred.
  • Proven experience managing service-level agreements, operational metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, shared services models, and enterprise service delivery environments.
  • Experience managing relationships with external vendors, service providers, and internal centers of expertise.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead complex initiatives and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across multiple organizational levels.
  • Ability to develop governance structures, resolve complex issues, and implement scalable operational solutions.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience guiding teams and promoting a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with strong organization and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage HR service operations and oversee relationships with internal teams, HR centers of expertise, managed service providers, and external vendors.
  • Establish, monitor, and manage service-level agreements (SLAs) to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and service standards.
  • Own vendor management processes, including relationship governance, performance tracking, policy development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee HR transaction support content management, ensuring timely updates, stakeholder collaboration, and compliance with approval processes.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to design and implement enhanced HR programs, operational improvements, and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead complex service improvement projects, process redesign efforts, and operational transformation programs.
  • Develop and maintain governance frameworks for issue resolution, escalation management, change requests, demand management, and training needs.
  • Support transition management activities by identifying opportunities to improve service scope, efficiency, and shared services delivery.
  • Provide leadership and direction to HR operations teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, accountability, and effective communication.
