Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in IT project management.
- Experience managing software development, cloud, Data, or AI-related projects.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Experience coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage high-level, cross-functional projects while staying close to delivery.
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working directly with clients.
- Familiarity with Scrum and Agile delivery models.
- Practical experience with Jira and/or Azure DevOps.
- Ability to work effectively in an international and distributed environment.
- Very good English communication skills (B1).
Responsibilities
- Manage cross-functional and cross-team IT projects.
- Coordinate distributed teams across different client engagements.
- Organize stand-ups, planning sessions, project syncs, and stakeholder meetings.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and priorities.
- Support collaboration between engineering teams, Product Owners, clients, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure effective project delivery throughout the full SDLC.
- Help clients and teams resolve delivery, organizational, and process-related challenges.
- Monitor project progress and provide clear status updates.
- Support Agile and Scrum-based ways of working.
- Manage project activities using Jira and/or Azure DevOps.
