Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technical sales, presales, solutions engineering, or related customer-facing roles.
- Strong understanding of public sector programs, government procurement, compliance, NIST standards, DoD frameworks, and security impact classifications.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD platforms, and build tools.
- Experience designing cloud solutions across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, including hybrid architectures.
- Proven ability to lead technical demonstrations and strategic conversations with technical teams and senior executives.
- Experience supporting federal proposals and technical documentation.
- Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies like MEDDPICC is a plus.
- Ability to travel approximately 25% within the United States.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to align technical strategies with customer objectives and support presales activities.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor for federal, state, and local government clients regarding secure DevSecOps and MLOps solutions.
- Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept engagements.
- Support RFI/RFP responses and proposal activities with technical accuracy.
- Design solution architectures considering compliance, security standards, and operational requirements.
- Develop and promote best practices for DevSecOps, cloud adoption, and secure development methodologies.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide customer feedback and influence roadmaps.
