Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
  • 5+ years of overall IT experience, including at least 4+ years specializing in SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Mandatory SAP SuccessFactors certification(s).
  • Strong functional knowledge of Employee Central and familiarity with Recruiting, Learning, Performance Management, and Goal Management.
  • Experience gathering requirements, conducting workshops, configuring systems, and supporting implementations.
  • Experience managing testing activities, system validation, and release management processes.
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors security concepts, permissions, data management, and system administration.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working with SAP Activate, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations, enhancements, and ongoing system improvements.
  • Work with HR stakeholders, business teams, functional consultants, technical teams, and external vendors to understand needs and deliver solutions.
  • Lead requirement-gathering sessions and design workshops to align HR processes with SuccessFactors capabilities.
  • Configure and support SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning Management System (LMS), Performance Management, and Goal Management.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective system configurations and process improvements.
  • Develop and execute test scenarios to validate system functionality before releases and go-live activities.
  • Support system operations, including role-based permissions, user access management, data audits, and platform administration.
  • Manage release activities by testing and enabling new SuccessFactors features during scheduled system updates.
  • Act as a key point of contact between HR teams, internal stakeholders, and external technical support teams.
  • Support project delivery using methodologies such as SAP Activate, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
