Requirements
- 8+ years of professional services experience with significant technology transformation project work.
- Proven experience implementing, configuring, optimizing, and supporting Salesforce solutions.
- Expertise across the full project lifecycle, including planning, process discovery, functional and technical design, testing, and support.
- Demonstrated ability in business process analysis and designing complex Salesforce platform solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (SCA) required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple priorities and deliverables.
- Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills for executive stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to responsibly leverage approved AI tools to improve efficiency.
- Commitment to continuous learning regarding automation and Salesforce capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee client accounts, projects, and engagements, managing work plans, staffing, timelines, budgets, and delivery milestones.
- Lead Salesforce configuration and solution implementation activities with hands-on technical execution.
- Design solutions through business process analysis, requirements gathering, and technical architecture.
- Provide technical leadership during implementations, optimization initiatives, and managed service engagements.
- Guide clients through change management strategies to ensure successful adoption.
- Identify project risks, resolve issues, and provide coaching and mentorship to junior team members.
- Coordinate testing, go-live preparation, third-party integrations, and deployments.
- Act as a trusted advisor to ensure solutions align with client business objectives and future growth.
- Develop statements of work, change orders, and project documentation.
- Implement approved AI-enabled solutions while adhering to data protection standards.
