Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Basic understanding of SQL and database concepts.
  • Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating environments.
  • Understanding of GSM technology and mobile network architecture.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in team environments and across functions.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt within the telecommunications industry.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update databases containing roaming and network information.
  • Provision and configure customized solutions based on service specifications.
  • Manage service inboxes, documentation repositories, and operational records.
  • Perform updates for IR21 information, IR85 (MVNO) configurations, numbering plans, and short codes.
  • Prepare and maintain monthly reports for short code updates and operational activities.
  • Handle service requests, trouble tickets, and customer issues within agreed SLAs.
  • Support customer onboarding and implementation activities.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal implementation functions.
  • Validate network information to ensure accurate database configuration.
