Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in video editing, motion design, creative production, or paid social content creation.
  • Proven experience producing high-converting paid media creatives for eCommerce brands, particularly in beauty, wellness, health, fashion, jewellery, or consumer product industries.
  • Advanced proficiency with editing and motion design tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or similar platforms.
  • Experience incorporating generative AI tools into creative workflows to improve efficiency and production quality.
  • Strong understanding of direct-response marketing principles, paid social advertising, and creative performance metrics.
  • Ability to analyze retention curves, campaign results, and creative data to inform optimization decisions.
  • Strong creative judgment with an eye for premium aesthetics, storytelling, and visual consistency.
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and transform briefs and insights into final creative assets.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with marketing and creative teams.

Responsibilities

  • Create high-performing direct-response video ads, motion graphics, and static creative assets optimized for platforms such as Meta and TikTok.
  • Develop visually engaging content with strong storytelling, compelling hooks, effective messaging, and conversion-focused creative approaches.
  • Maintain premium visual quality through strong attention to typography, composition, pacing, branding consistency, and overall production value.
  • Translate creative briefs, campaign objectives, and performance insights into impactful visual executions.
  • Develop creative concepts tailored to specific audiences, consumer behaviors, and brand positioning.
  • Stay up to date with emerging social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and evolving digital creative formats.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and creative metrics to identify improvement opportunities and optimize future assets.
  • Support creative testing strategies by producing multiple variations of concepts, formats, hooks, and calls-to-action.
  • Use advanced AI-powered creative tools to accelerate ideation, production workflows, and asset variation while maintaining quality standards.
  • Work independently in a remote environment, managing priorities and delivering polished creative outputs with minimal supervision.
