Requirements
- Portfolio demonstrating high visual and interaction craft in live products or complex applications.
- Proven experience taking projects from concept to high-performing live flows.
- Strong attention to typography, composition, hierarchy, and interaction details.
- Expertise in a broad range of contemporary design and prototyping tools.
- Clear philosophy on accelerating production and delivery without sacrificing quality.
- Experience working with design tokens or component libraries for scalability.
- Ability to communicate and pair effectively with designers and engineers.
Responsibilities
- Guide the structure, behavior, and UX quality of every feature in partnership with engineers.
- Maintain a high bar for visual execution within complex application environments.
- Own key product surfaces end-to-end, from concept through production.
- Use layout, interaction, and motion to simplify complex fintech concepts for mobile and web.
- Draft design intent, explore implementations, scaffold components, and refactor for speed.
- Translate product requirements into clear, accessible, and human-centered interfaces.
