Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Product Design, UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating leadership on complex, multi-stakeholder digital product initiatives.
  • Proven experience designing SaaS, platform, or workflow-focused software products with strong examples of problem framing, interaction design, visual design, and shipped product outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to and evolve design systems, establish governance practices, and maintain consistency across multiple products.
  • Strong collaboration skills with experience working as part of a product trio alongside Product Management and Engineering teams.
  • Proficiency with Figma and modern design collaboration tools, with experience using AI tools responsibly to accelerate research, prototyping, ideation, and design iteration.
  • Experience conducting usability testing, customer research, behavioral analysis, and other product discovery activities to guide decisions.
  • Expert understanding of information architecture, interaction design, accessibility standards, and inclusive design principles.
  • Ability to communicate design rationale, tradeoffs, and recommendations effectively to product teams, technical stakeholders, go-to-market teams, and leadership.
  • Experience leading design critiques, mentoring designers, and influencing design culture through strong collaboration and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product design initiatives for complex, high-impact projects, defining user experiences that balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout discovery, design, development, testing, and launch to ensure high-quality product outcomes.
  • Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, behavioral insights, analytics, and customer feedback to inform design decisions and improve experiences.
  • Define workflows, interaction models, prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs that create intuitive and accessible user experiences.
  • Establish and evolve design standards, shared components, accessibility practices, and documentation processes to improve consistency across products.
  • Drive modern experience patterns for AI-enabled features, including transparency, trust signals, fallback experiences, and responsible interaction design.
  • Facilitate design critiques, reviews, and collaborative problem-solving sessions while promoting strong product design practices across teams.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level designers through coaching, feedback, design reviews, and knowledge sharing to strengthen overall design capabilities.
  • Identify systemic product experience challenges and proactively lead initiatives that improve usability, scalability, and customer satisfaction across the portfolio.
