Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, contact center, or client relations.
- Strong ability to manage challenging conversations with professionalism.
- Demonstrated resourcefulness and independent problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset focused on performance goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Tuesday to Saturday shifts.
- Genuine interest in health and wellness.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client service and build relationships as a brand ambassador.
- Manage inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, live chat, social media, and in-person.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments while recommending services based on client needs.
- Support revenue growth through cross-selling and promotional opportunities.
- Explain fees, invoices, and payment policies to clients.
- Conduct timely follow-ups across multiple communication channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams for service delivery and technical platform support.
- Contribute to satisfaction improvement initiatives and mentor new team members.
