Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, contact center, or client relations.
  • Strong ability to manage challenging conversations with professionalism.
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness and independent problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset focused on performance goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Tuesday to Saturday shifts.
  • Genuine interest in health and wellness.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client service and build relationships as a brand ambassador.
  • Manage inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, live chat, social media, and in-person.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments while recommending services based on client needs.
  • Support revenue growth through cross-selling and promotional opportunities.
  • Explain fees, invoices, and payment policies to clients.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups across multiple communication channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for service delivery and technical platform support.
  • Contribute to satisfaction improvement initiatives and mentor new team members.
