Requirements

  • Must be bilingual with fluency in both Spanish and English.
  • Possess own Windows-based system or laptop.
  • Maintain high-speed internet with an Ethernet connection.
  • Ensure a reliable power backup for the home office.
  • Availability to be on video during the training period.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills for engaging with healthcare providers.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day verification and follow-up calls with healthcare providers to collect patient records.
  • Schedule appointments with providers for record collection and retrieval.
  • Resolve issues efficiently through phone and electronic communication.
  • Handle a high volume of outgoing calls effectively.
