Requirements
- Ideally 1+ years of call center experience demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills.
- Must be bilingual with fluency in both Spanish and English.
- Possess own Windows-based system or laptop.
- Maintain high-speed internet with an Ethernet connection.
- Ensure a reliable power backup for the home office.
- Availability to be on video during the training period.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills for engaging with healthcare providers.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Consistent attendance and punctuality.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day verification and follow-up calls with healthcare providers to collect patient records.
- Schedule appointments with providers for record collection and retrieval.
- Resolve issues efficiently through phone and electronic communication.
- Handle a high volume of outgoing calls effectively.
- Adapt to and follow instructions based on evolving project and business needs.
- Maintain a professional attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Utilize MS Office tools to streamline tasks and enhance productivity.
