Requirements
- 2-8+ years of product management or software experience, with a track record of shipping great work.
- Experience building product for enterprise, industrial, or security software products.
- Proficient in Figma for product and UI/UX collaboration.
- Prototyping skills and ability to use AI coding tools to build prototypes.
- Basic coding/hacking abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence small teams of engineers toward a common goal.
- Fluency in data and making data-driven product decisions.
- Strong ability to prioritize and think clearly about trade-offs.
- Low ego, high EQ, and strong collaboration skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to tackle ambiguous problems and sweat the details.
Responsibilities
- Spend ~25% of your time onsite with current customers in the US (occasionally international).
- Develop a deep understanding of customer operations by shadowing various roles.
- Develop prototypes onsite, show them to users, and iterate while feeding insights to engineering.
- Turn customer pain points into features alongside world-class engineers.
- Shape standards with government partners while building for industrial operators.
- Drive the product roadmap and map solutions to business goals.
- Leverage data and feedback to evolve product offerings.
- Contribute to the vision, strategy, and processes to scale the product management function.
