Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
Not less than 5 years of related work experience.
Experience/knowledge of business operations/workflows and inventory.
Project Management skills including meeting deadlines and driving results.
Expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews.
Strong technical background with understanding of software development and web/mobile technologies.
Strong multi-tasking abilities and analytical skills.
Software as a Service (SaaS) product experience strongly preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis in Excel.
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Asana, and Zoho Desk preferred.
Ability to work with others of different nationalities across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

Manage existing product features and assist in timely new project deliverables in our annual product roadmap.
Define requirements, specifications, and design for new features, improvements and bugs.
Lead/Host Product and Developer meetings, drive projects forward and address issues in a timely manner.
Conduct internal and external training sessions/demos, write Knowledgebase Articles and Release Notes.
Draft Project Scopes and Project Product Descriptions (PD's).
Contribute and test to ensure an easy-to-use, intuitive user experience.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews.
Work with QA Manager and team to develop, document, and test solutions.
