Job Details

Requirements

Board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrist.
Unrestricted, independent medical licensure.
Established and updated CAQH and FCVS profiles.
Experience providing psychiatric care to all age groups.
Experience treating patients in acute crisis and providing stabilizing treatment in 24/7 settings.
Advanced technical proficiency with hardware, Windows systems, and Microsoft software.
Extensive experience using multiple EMRs simultaneously in a telehealth environment.
Ability to communicate with patients from various backgrounds and provide culturally competent care.
Must have a private, confidential home office space.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients in crisis across multiple emergency rooms, hospital medical floors, and psychiatric crisis programs.
Determine the most appropriate and least restrictive level of care for patients.
Direct and/or implement psychotherapeutic treatments.
Prescribe medication to treat mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders.
Utilize a collaborative care approach within partner healthcare treatment teams.
