Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience (preferred).
- Specialty sales experience in cardiometabolic diseases (preferred).
- Prior product launch experience (preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.
- Excellent territory planning and organizational skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced launch environment.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to travel up to 60% within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and sales objectives.
- Educate healthcare providers on clinical data, product value, and appropriate patient identification.
- Drive product adoption and utilization through strategic call plans and customer relationship management.
- Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
- Collaborate with Field Reimbursement Managers and regional leadership to address customer needs.
- Analyze market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities and adjust plans accordingly.
- Provide market intelligence and customer insights to internal stakeholders such as Marketing and Field Operations.
