  • 3+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience (preferred).
  • Specialty sales experience in cardiometabolic diseases (preferred).
  • Prior product launch experience (preferred).
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.
  • Excellent territory planning and organizational skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced launch environment.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to travel up to 60% within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and sales objectives.
  • Educate healthcare providers on clinical data, product value, and appropriate patient identification.
  • Drive product adoption and utilization through strategic call plans and customer relationship management.
  • Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
  • Collaborate with Field Reimbursement Managers and regional leadership to address customer needs.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Provide market intelligence and customer insights to internal stakeholders such as Marketing and Field Operations.
