- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.
- Excellent territory planning and organizational skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset for a fast-paced launch environment.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to travel up to 60% within the assigned territory.
- Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
- Prior product launch experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy.
- Educate healthcare providers on product clinical data and treatment guidelines.
- Drive product adoption and sales performance within the assigned territory.
- Build and sustain relationships with healthcare providers and key decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Field Reimbursement Managers and Regional Business Directors.
- Share market intelligence and competitive updates with internal stakeholders.
