Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience preferred.
- Specialty sales experience in cardiometabolic areas preferred.
- Prior product launch experience preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.
- Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to travel up to 60% within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and launch objectives.
- Educate healthcare providers on clinical data, treatment guidelines, and appropriate patient identification.
- Drive product adoption and utilization through strategic call plans and customer-focused actions.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare providers and key decision-makers.
- Analyze territory trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities and course correct.
- Collaborate with field partners such as Field Reimbursement Managers and Regional Business Directors.
- Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
- Deliver engaging product presentations and address customer questions regarding product value and access.
