  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience preferred.
  • Specialty sales experience in cardiometabolic areas preferred.
  • Prior product launch experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.
  • Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to travel up to 60% within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and launch objectives.
  • Educate healthcare providers on clinical data, treatment guidelines, and appropriate patient identification.
  • Drive product adoption and utilization through strategic call plans and customer-focused actions.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare providers and key decision-makers.
  • Analyze territory trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities and course correct.
  • Collaborate with field partners such as Field Reimbursement Managers and Regional Business Directors.
  • Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
  • Deliver engaging product presentations and address customer questions regarding product value and access.
