Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience preferred.
- Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
- Prior product launch experience preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.
- Excellent territory planning and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to travel up to 60% within the assigned territory.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy.
- Educate healthcare providers on the clinical data and benefits of the product.
- Drive product adoption and utilization through strategic customer engagement.
- Analyze territory trends and competitive activity to identify business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Field Reimbursement Managers and regional leadership.
- Communicate product value and patient identification criteria in a compliant manner.
