Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience preferred.
- Specialty sales experience, specifically in cardiometabolic, preferred.
- Prior product launch experience preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong clinical acumen with the ability to communicate complex scientific information.
- Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel up to 60% within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and sales objectives.
- Educate healthcare providers on clinical data, product value, and patient identification.
- Analyze territory trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to drive product adoption.
- Build and sustain trusted relationships with healthcare providers and key decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
- Collaborate with field partners, including Field Reimbursement Managers and Regional Business Directors, to support customer needs.
- Consistently deliver against sales goals, call activity expectations, and launch milestones.
