  • 3+ years of pharmaceutical / biotech sales experience preferred.
  • Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
  • Prior product launch experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.
  • Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to travel within the territory up to 60%.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and sales objectives.
  • Educate healthcare providers on clinical data, product value, and appropriate patient identification.
  • Drive product adoption and utilization while maintaining compliant CRM documentation.
  • Analyze territory trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities and adjust strategy.
  • Collaborate with field reimbursement managers, regional business directors, and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Deliver high-quality product presentations and build relationships with healthcare providers and office staff.
