Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years of pharmaceutical / biotech sales experience preferred.
- Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
- Prior launch experience preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.
- Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to travel up to 60% within the assigned territory.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and launch priorities.
- Drive product adoption and educate healthcare providers on clinical data and treatment guidelines.
- Build and sustain trusted relationships with healthcare providers, office staff, and key decision-makers.
- Analyze market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities and adjust strategy.
- Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including Field Reimbursement Managers and Regional Business Directors.
- Deliver engaging product presentations and address customer questions with credibility.
