  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3+ years of pharmaceutical / biotech sales experience preferred.
  • Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
  • Prior launch experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.
  • Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to travel up to 60% within the assigned territory.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and launch priorities.
  • Drive product adoption and educate healthcare providers on clinical data and treatment guidelines.
  • Build and sustain trusted relationships with healthcare providers, office staff, and key decision-makers.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities and adjust strategy.
  • Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including Field Reimbursement Managers and Regional Business Directors.
  • Deliver engaging product presentations and address customer questions with credibility.
