- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience (specialty cardiometabolic experience preferred).
- Prior product launch experience preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.
- Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel up to 60% within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and sales objectives.
- Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among targeted healthcare providers.
- Build and sustain trusted relationships with healthcare providers, office staff, and key decision-makers.
- Deliver engaging, high-quality product presentations and communicate clinical data and product value compliantly.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and adjacent field partners to support customer needs and territory objectives.
- Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
- Analyze territory trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities.
