Requirements
- Senior or Staff-level backend engineering experience
- Demonstrated 0-1 ownership of a product or large feature from concept through production
- Experience building low-latency, highly available distributed backend systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable collaborating asynchronously across a remote team
- Proven ability to work with flexibility across different engineering specialties in a lean team
Responsibilities
- Own core backend platform features end-to-end from concept and architecture through deployment and iteration
- Build and maintain low-latency, highly available backend services that power real-time threat detection
- Collaborate cross-functionally in a fully remote, distributed team environment
- Integrate external data sources and OSINT-style data feeds into the platform pipeline
- Contribute to AI pipeline architecture and agentic workflow systems
- Drive 0-1 feature development with a high degree of autonomy and accountability
