Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (equivalent experience considered).
- 10+ years of professional software development experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in a formal team-lead or people-management role.
- Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise applications (web, API, database-backed systems).
- Strong working knowledge of C#/.NET and SQL Server.
- Experience with Agile delivery and modern web frameworks.
- Proficiency with source control (Git/Azure DevOps) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong background in Microsoft Power Platform.
- Familiarity with Azure platform, AWS, and modern data/analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel periodically by automobile and airline for work-related activities.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of programmer analysts, senior developers, and database programmers.
- Own the intake, prioritization, and delivery of application development requests across business units.
- Translate business requirements into technical scope, estimates, and project plans.
- Set and enforce standards for code quality, source control, CI/CD, testing, and documentation.
- Partner with stakeholders in Marketing, Contact Center, and Operations to align application roadmaps.
- Manage relationships with third-party software vendors, system integrators, and contract developers.
- Oversee production support, incident response, and root-cause analysis for owned applications.
