5+ years of software development experience in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server).
2+ years in a team lead, tech lead, or people management role with direct reports.
Demonstrated, hands-on production experience using AI coding tools (Claude, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent).
Experience managing software delivery in a healthcare or regulated industry environment.
Ability to develop and maintain team standards for AI-assisted development.
Strong communication skills for translating technical work to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to establish and track velocity and quality benchmarks.
Understanding of HIPAA technical safeguards and PHI handling requirements.
Ability to work core hours of 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM PST.

Lead a team of six .NET developers in building and maintaining custom applications, integrations, and internal tooling.
Drive AI-assisted development adoption by modeling daily use of tools like Claude and GitHub Copilot and establishing team benchmarks.
Manage the application development backlog, release calendar, and project delivery while ensuring clear documentation.
Provide direct management for team members, including performance reviews, 1:1 coaching, and professional development.
Serve as technical authority for the .NET stack, guiding architectural decisions and ensuring adherence to HIPAA security standards.
Act as the primary IT liaison for clinical, laboratory, revenue cycle, and operational stakeholders.
