Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum 7 years of Project Management experience within Energy, Construction, or large capital project environments.
- Must be willing to travel up to 40% of time.
- Strong understanding of large capital project execution costs and estimates.
- Ability to manage multiple phased projects simultaneously and independently.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem solving, and financial acumen.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with presentation experience.
- Experience applying data and lean tools and technologies for operational efficiencies.
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
- Graduate of the Field Engineer or Project Management Leadership Program preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary customer contact for assigned simple and combined cycle gas power projects.
- Manage project execution lifecycle from contract signing to final delivery and completion of obligations.
- Oversee financial performance, including revenue, contribution margin, and cash flow for assigned projects.
- Lead stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and contractors, to align on project targets and deliverables.
- Develop and manage project execution strategies, risk registers, and mitigation action plans.
- Promote and implement the company's safety toolkit across all project teams and subcontractors.
- Present technical and business solutions to internal and external senior leadership.
