Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum 7 years of Project Management experience within Energy, Construction, or large capital project environments.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 40% of time.
  • Strong understanding of large capital project execution costs and estimates.
  • Ability to manage multiple phased projects simultaneously and independently.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem solving, and financial acumen.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with presentation experience.
  • Experience applying data and lean tools and technologies for operational efficiencies.
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
  • Graduate of the Field Engineer or Project Management Leadership Program preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary customer contact for assigned simple and combined cycle gas power projects.
  • Manage project execution lifecycle from contract signing to final delivery and completion of obligations.
  • Oversee financial performance, including revenue, contribution margin, and cash flow for assigned projects.
  • Lead stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and contractors, to align on project targets and deliverables.
  • Develop and manage project execution strategies, risk registers, and mitigation action plans.
  • Promote and implement the company's safety toolkit across all project teams and subcontractors.
  • Present technical and business solutions to internal and external senior leadership.
