Requirements
- Experience in finance, accounting, audit, management control, transaction services, or startup operations.
- Demonstrated experience in the energy sector.
- Strong understanding of accounting, cash management, billing, and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of credit risk management and customer payment processes.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to construct P&L and revenue tracking.
- Experience working with multiple legal entities or intercompany flows.
- Hands-on approach to operational problem solving before automating.
- Strong interest in automation, workflow optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English.
- Ability to work autonomously with AI and Python-based data science environments.
- Prior knowledge of Pennylane is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Supervise accounting, treasury, supplier payments, customer collections, and automatic direct debit processes.
- Coordinate with external accountants to ensure financial operations are reliable, traceable, and scalable.
- Manage billing processes, monitor payments, pursue overdue invoices, and structure credit risk analysis.
- Build analytical tracking of revenue by client, activity, contract type, and legal entity.
- Produce a global monthly P&L and contribute to the consolidation of 3-4 group companies.
- Handle intercompany flows, internal contracts, and associated documentation.
- Manage HR and administrative onboarding, offboarding, and documentation.
- Improve and automate manual financial and HR workflows in collaboration with the technical team.
