- Customer Service and Call Center experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of all areas of the Revenue Cycle
- Willingness to travel and work onsite as business needs require
- Ability to work in a remote environment with secure home office
- Reliable high-speed internet with minimum 50 MBPS
- Critical Thinking and Problem Resolution skills
- Openness to innovation and Artificial Intelligence
- Must obtain CRCR certification within 9 months of hire
Responsibilities
- Answer patient questions regarding statements
- Post guarantor payments
- Set up payment plans within policies
- Research and resolve account issues identified by patients
- Connect patients with financial counseling department for charity screening
- Communicate patient balances
- Meet collection goals and provide excellent customer service
