Responsibilities

  • Achieve ambitious growth targets by developing and executing a comprehensive marketing plan.
  • Build organizational capacity by managing contractors and recruiting talent to support sustainable program growth.
  • Refine bootcamp content, design, features, and formats to increase participant satisfaction and cost-effectiveness.
  • Design and execute experiments to improve conversion, alumni outcomes, and overall theory of change effectiveness.
  • Set the strategic direction of the bootcamp, prioritizing initiatives to maximize impact at scale.
  • Coordinate and lead contractors including advisors, marketers, and virtual assistants.
  • Maintain program quality and fiscal responsibility as the scale of cohorts expands.
