Responsibilities
- Achieve ambitious growth targets by developing and executing a comprehensive marketing plan.
- Build organizational capacity by managing contractors and recruiting talent to support sustainable program growth.
- Refine bootcamp content, design, features, and formats to increase participant satisfaction and cost-effectiveness.
- Design and execute experiments to improve conversion, alumni outcomes, and overall theory of change effectiveness.
- Set the strategic direction of the bootcamp, prioritizing initiatives to maximize impact at scale.
- Coordinate and lead contractors including advisors, marketers, and virtual assistants.
- Maintain program quality and fiscal responsibility as the scale of cohorts expands.
