Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent contract management experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in clinical research, life science, biotech, or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating clinical trial agreements, NDAs, and site budgets.
  • Experience in the management, control, and tracking of the contract process.
  • Ability to interact professionally with European institutions.
  • Proficient in MS Office Software programs and computer applications.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment.
  • Demonstrated professional commitment and punctuality.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and negotiate agreements including CDAs, CTAs, amendments, vendor contracts, and site budgets.
  • Lead interactions with internal study teams in North America and Europe.
  • Manage communications regarding agreements with clinical sites and sponsors.
  • Resolve contractual issues by working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.
  • Track status of contract negotiations, maintain databases, and archive documentation.
  • Coordinate the execution of legal agreements.
