Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent contract management experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in clinical research, life science, biotech, or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating clinical trial agreements, NDAs, and site budgets.
- Experience in the management, control, and tracking of the contract process.
- Ability to interact professionally with European institutions.
- Proficient in MS Office Software programs and computer applications.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment.
- Demonstrated professional commitment and punctuality.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and negotiate agreements including CDAs, CTAs, amendments, vendor contracts, and site budgets.
- Lead interactions with internal study teams in North America and Europe.
- Manage communications regarding agreements with clinical sites and sponsors.
- Resolve contractual issues by working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.
- Track status of contract negotiations, maintain databases, and archive documentation.
- Coordinate the execution of legal agreements.
