Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance, or related analytical roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing business decisions.
- Proven understanding of full P&L management and annual budgeting processes.
- Strong knowledge of SaaS business models and recurring revenue metrics (ARR, NRR, GRR, LTV/CAC).
- Advanced financial modeling skills using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience using AI tools, automation solutions, or scripting technologies such as Python, VBA/Macros, or Google Apps Script.
- Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with FP&A platforms such as Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive, or Planful is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, BI, or data analysis tools such as NetSuite, Salesforce, SQL, Looker, or Tableau is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own key components of the financial planning cycle, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
- Manage FP&A activities for critical business areas, ensuring forecast accuracy, strong financial insights, and reliable performance reporting.
- Build, maintain, and improve financial models covering revenue, operating expenses, headcount, and full P&L performance.
- Develop scenario analyses to evaluate business trade-offs related to growth, profitability, investments, and resource allocation.
- Lead monthly and quarterly financial reviews by providing variance analysis, performance trends, and actionable recommendations for leadership teams.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Operations to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
- Analyze SaaS performance metrics, including recurring revenue, retention, customer growth, and unit economics.
- Translate complex financial and operational data into clear narratives, executive presentations, and board-level insights.
- Drive improvements to financial systems, dashboards, reporting frameworks, and planning workflows.
- Develop automated and AI-enabled processes that reduce manual work and establish best practices.
