Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Operational Excellence, Program Management, COO support, or Business Transformation.
- Proven experience designing and improving complex operational systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and planning capabilities.
- Experience documenting processes and building operational frameworks.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency with AI productivity platforms and ChatGPT.
- Ability to work independently within a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead operational improvement initiatives across the business.
- Design and document scalable operational frameworks, SOPs, and playbooks.
- Actively leverage AI for documentation, process mapping, reporting, and workflow optimization.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
- Monitor KPIs, identify operational bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage internal governance and quality assurance processes.
