Have 6+ years of experience in data analytics, analytics engineering, or data product work.
Have experience leading people or setting priorities for a small team.
Demonstrate expert SQL skills to pull, validate, and challenge data independently.
Have hands-on experience building dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Omni, Superset, or similar.
Use data to identify revenue, pricing, or growth opportunities.
Be comfortable discussing warehouse design, pipelines, data models, and trade-offs with data engineers.
Demonstrate stakeholder management and communication skills across product, engineering, finance, BD, and C-suite.
Adapt data storytelling for technical and non-technical audiences.
Bring Crypto/DeFi experience or demonstrable understanding of areas such as cross-chain, DEX aggregation, bridges, or wallets.

Own the Data team's priorities, intake, and triage; run planning, reviews, and workshops.
Perform hands-on analytics, including deep dives, dashboards, business cases, and recommendations.
Provide data inputs for the weekly report and Monthly Business Review.
Partner with Product Managers to embed tracking and success metrics into PRDs and align data and product roadmaps.
Translate stakeholder business questions into specs, metric definitions, and acceptance criteria.
Review analyses, dashboards, and datasets for quality before sharing them with stakeholders.
Coach and develop Data team members in problem framing, communication, and stakeholder management.
Partner with the Data Tech Lead to co-own the roadmap and align infrastructure work with business needs.
