Requirements
- Bring 7+ years of experience in data analytics, with a strong focus on product analytics.
- Have experience modelling a unified system and demonstrating architecture-level thinking.
- Have strong experience with complex SQL.
- Have experience with programming languages such as Python, ideally.
- Have experience with web and product analytics tools such as PostHog, GA4, Segment, RudderStack, Heap, Amplitude, Contentsquare, or equivalent.
- Have experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code to prototype and iterate across analysis, data modelling, instrumentation, visualization, and code development.
Responsibilities
- Build product analytics foundations and deliver actionable insights to GTM, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Connect user journeys across the Emulator, CLI, VS Code extension, console, docs site, and website.
- Develop a 360-degree view of customer behaviour across human users, CI, AI agents, and combined usage.
- Translate complex datasets into clear insights and strategic recommendations that drive measurable actions and outcomes.
- Work with technical teams to understand data flows and develop enrichment for the product analytics vision.
- Collaborate with customers and customer-facing teams to develop insights that demonstrate customer value and ROI.
