Have 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years focused on Data Engineering.
Bring deep technical expertise with Kafka, including Producers, Consumers, and Stream Processing.
Have strong experience with OLAP databases; ClickHouse expertise is highly preferred.
Be fluent in Python and SQL for data manipulation, optimization, and system building.
Be willing to use Claude Code for AI-assisted development and multi-step engineering tasks.
Have hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and automated CI/CD pipelines.
Have significant experience with open-source tools and technologies in the modern data stack.
Be fluent in English.
Redis or Elasticsearch experience is an advantage.

Develop and drive the architecture of complex data systems built for scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
Design and optimize production-grade data pipelines, focusing on high-throughput real-time streaming.
Use OpenSpec or GitHub Spec Kit for Spec-Driven Development and engineering contracts.
Orchestrate AI workflows with Claude Code and the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to build, refactor, and scale data infrastructure.
Take ownership of system components and solve technical challenges independently.
Implement testing and monitoring frameworks for mission-critical data integrity.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural reviews and technical feedback.
