Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in brand partnerships, cultural marketing, strategic partnerships, integrated marketing, entertainment marketing, sports marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience creating partnerships that increased brand relevance, expanded audience reach, or strengthened credibility with key communities.
- Strong cultural awareness and the ability to identify influential people, organizations, platforms, and ideas shaping audience behaviors.
- Excellent brand judgment with the ability to assess partnership opportunities based on authenticity, strategic alignment, creative potential, and long-term value.
- Demonstrated ability to transform early-stage concepts into successful partnership strategies and executed programs.
- Experience developing campaigns, content, events, experiences, or activations with external partners.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate with executives, creators, institutions, and diverse external stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate complex missions and ideas into compelling partnership opportunities that feel authentic and valuable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence influencing senior stakeholders internally and externally.
- Ability to operate effectively in highly cross-functional, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, partners, and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience using audience insights, brand research, and performance data to measure impact and improve strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a brand partnership strategy focused on identifying opportunities that enhance cultural relevance, audience connection, and long-term brand impact.
- Build and manage a pipeline of strategic partnerships with influential individuals, organizations, platforms, and institutions.
- Evaluate partnership opportunities based on audience relevance, values alignment, credibility, creative potential, and strategic value.
- Lead partnership initiatives from concept development through execution, including strategy, negotiations, creative development, campaigns, events, and activations.
- Serve as the primary marketing lead for key external partners, building trusted relationships and ensuring successful collaboration.
- Create compelling partnership narratives and value propositions that clearly communicate shared goals and mutual benefits.
- Collaborate with internal teams across brand, creative, communications, partnerships, legal, research, and regional functions.
- Define success metrics and evaluate partnership performance using audience insights, engagement data, cultural signals, and brand impact indicators.
