Requirements
- Proven experience with Python and solid engineering practices.
- Experience building ETL pipelines and managing ingest at scale from SQL and non-SQL sources.
- Experience with data cleanup, sanitization, and transformation.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment.
- Strong learning agility to adapt to new technologies and large codebases.
- Experience with Go is a significant advantage.
- Ability to collaborate through peer code reviews.
Responsibilities
- Develop reliable data pipelines to process high volumes of data using Python, Go, MongoDB, and GCP.
- Improve throughput, reliability, and autoscaling for large-scale data imports and real-time tracking.
- Export data to Google BigQuery using DataFlows, PySpark, and Apache Beam.
- Maintain services in production on Google Cloud Platform and Kubernetes.
- Review code according to high quality standards and the four-eyes principle.
- Participate in on-call rotations for service maintenance.
