Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Proficiency in Python and the FastAPI framework.
- Experience with JavaScript and TypeScript (React).
- Technical expertise with Docker, Postgres, Kafka, and Redis.
- Proven experience in writing functional and integration tests.
- B2+ level English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Build realistic developer environments including codebase, infrastructure, and contextual documentation.
- Design challenging tasks from intermediate states of simulated environments.
- Define clear success criteria for AI agents to solve specific development tasks.
- Write robust functional and integration tests that verify valid agent solutions.
- Analyze agent failure modes and iterate on tasks based on QA feedback.
