Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on QE experience.
- Deep expertise in frameworks like Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Strong performance engineering experience using tools such as JMeter, Locust, or K6.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent professional/military experience.
- AI-native proficiency with experience using AI tools for coding, test generation, and data analysis.
- Technical comfort with .NET, Python, SQL, microservices, and RabbitMQ.
- Strong advocacy for quality, security, and reliability throughout the SDLC.
Responsibilities
- Build and evolve AI-augmented test automation suites that accelerate creation, maintenance, and execution of tests.
- Develop robust, scalable end-to-end automation frameworks for web apps, APIs, and microservices.
- Design and execute advanced load, stress, and performance tests to ensure the platform scales reliably across global regions.
- Validate LLM and RAG-driven features with targeted methodologies that measure accuracy, reliability, and output quality.
- Implement automated gates within CI/CD pipelines to strengthen continuous delivery and engineering efficiency.
- Use APM and observability tools to monitor system performance, analyze bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
- Continuously streamline workflows by automating repetitive tasks and optimizing processes for team-wide impact.
