Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building and scaling highly available web platforms.
- Expertise in Java (or similar back-end languages).
- Deep expertise in ReactJS for modern web applications.
- Proficiency with NodeJS.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
- Experience with version control using Git.
- Experience designing and implementing complex cloud solutions (preferably AWS).
- Proven ability to drive success in Agile environments.
- Experience with least privilege principle and OOP patterns.
- Experience working in CI/CD environments.
- Familiarity with IaC tools such as Terraform or Cloudformation.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate within an Agile/Scrum team to run and scale the web platform and associated products.
- Design and migrate content management architecture for the web platform.
- Work on both frontend and backend services to improve web applications.
- Lead technical design and document architectural processes.
- Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to complete sprint tasks and triage issues.
- Coach and mentor other engineers to foster a culture of growth.
