Requirements

  • At least 2+ years of experience as a Lead Generation Specialist, SDR, BDR, Appointment Setter, or Lead Research Specialist.
  • Good English communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical decisions.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, prospect research, and data mining.
  • At least 2+ years of experience managing outbound email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
  • At least 2+ years of experience using CRM systems to manage prospect databases and track pipelines.
  • At least 2+ years of experience conducting telephone prospecting, lead qualification, and appointment setting.
  • At least 1+ year of experience using AI productivity and sales enablement tools like ChatGPT.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

  • Build highly targeted prospect databases across multiple industries.
  • Research and source accurate contact information, including email addresses, direct phone numbers, and LinkedIn profiles.
  • Identify key decision-makers such as CEOs, Managing Directors, HR Directors, and Business Owners.
  • Build and manage outbound email campaigns, including list segmentation and performance monitoring.
  • Manage LinkedIn messaging campaigns to generate prospect conversations.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting calls to qualify opportunities and schedule meetings.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, track outreach activities, and document all interactions.
