Requirements

  • Customer marketing or advocacy experience at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of contributing to expansion or retention outcomes.
  • Revenue-focused mindset with experience tying marketing activities to ARR and pipeline growth.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills to capture and coach customer stories.
  • Experience managing lifecycle email and webinar programs.
  • Proficiency building lifecycle workflows in HubSpot.
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills involving Product, Customer Success, and Sales.
  • Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously with a bias toward action.
  • Experience or proficiency in using AI to build agentic workflows and connected systems.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred.
  • Genuine interest in compliance or regulated industries.

Responsibilities

  • Own email communications to drive upsell and adoption within the existing customer base.
  • Improve and manage the new-customer email onboarding program for the first 90 days.
  • Plan, produce, and host regular customer webinars.
  • Establish and manage a formal Customer Advisory Board with senior customer executives.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of customer advocacy assets including case studies and video testimonials.
  • Maintain the customer reference program to support sales opportunities.
  • Place customers in speaking opportunities at events and conferences.
  • Foster customer community engagement and manage presence on peer review platforms like G2.
