Requirements
- Customer marketing or advocacy experience at a B2B SaaS company.
- Proven track record of contributing to expansion or retention outcomes.
- Revenue-focused mindset with experience tying marketing activities to ARR and pipeline growth.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills to capture and coach customer stories.
- Experience managing lifecycle email and webinar programs.
- Proficiency building lifecycle workflows in HubSpot.
- Cross-functional collaboration skills involving Product, Customer Success, and Sales.
- Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously with a bias toward action.
- Experience or proficiency in using AI to build agentic workflows and connected systems.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred.
- Genuine interest in compliance or regulated industries.
Responsibilities
- Own email communications to drive upsell and adoption within the existing customer base.
- Improve and manage the new-customer email onboarding program for the first 90 days.
- Plan, produce, and host regular customer webinars.
- Establish and manage a formal Customer Advisory Board with senior customer executives.
- Manage the full lifecycle of customer advocacy assets including case studies and video testimonials.
- Maintain the customer reference program to support sales opportunities.
- Place customers in speaking opportunities at events and conferences.
- Foster customer community engagement and manage presence on peer review platforms like G2.
