Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on purchasing or procurement experience.
- Strong experience using NetSuite for procurement workflows and vendor management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience managing vendor onboarding processes and compliance documentation.
- Strong understanding of purchase order lifecycles and Procure-to-Pay processes.
- Working knowledge of US GAAP principles regarding purchasing, accruals, and financial reporting.
- Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with ability to collaborate across departments.
- Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end purchasing operations including creating, issuing, and maintaining purchase orders within NetSuite.
- Support vendor onboarding by coordinating documentation, approvals, and setup.
- Partner with internal teams (operations, finance, legal, IT) to resolve procurement issues and purchase order updates.
- Monitor purchase order workflows, escalate delays, and resolve discrepancies in pricing, quantity, and delivery.
- Maintain accurate vendor and procurement data through regular audits and system updates.
- Ensure activities align with internal policies and compliance requirements.
- Support month-end and quarter-end close activities including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
- Prepare procurement documentation for audits and conduct spend analysis and management reporting.
