Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 1+ years of relevant experience in an operational or real-time monitoring environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage documentation independently.
- Aptitude for learning and applying foundational technical skills like basic querying or monitoring tools.
- Strong communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration.
- Ability to support critical business needs outside of standard business hours as needed.
- Availability to work the fixed schedule of Wednesday–Sunday, 7am–4pm ET.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve Data Exchange related issues with high precision.
- Perform deep-dive research into automated alerts to minimize service impact.
- Monitor queues for anomalies and unexpected data patterns to escalate operational risks.
- Execute standard runbooks and identify/flag outdated procedures.
- Identify and report incidents from detection through root-cause analysis.
- Support cross-functional partners on complex escalations.
- Develop familiarity with payroll and money movement processes.
